Donald Trump has rejected doubts over his mental health raised in a new book
President Trump has criticised as fiction a new book, which castes doubt on his mental health. He took to Twitter to claim that he is a "very stable genius" who was "like, very smart". How are has the explosive new book been received among his supporters?
