
EU and Israel Disagree Over Status of Jerusalem
European foreign policy chief does not support President Trump's Jerusalem decision
The European Union foreign policy chief has told Israel she does not support President Trump's decision to recognise Jerusalem as the country's capital. Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said during his visit to Brussels that he expects European countries to follow the US in recognising Jerusalem as his country's capital.
Also in the programme; China has been building what it calls "the world's biggest camera surveillance network" incorporating facial recognition technology and; a female Saudi director discusses the decision to lift the ban on public cinemas in the ultra-conservative kingdom.
