More people will die if 500 patients are not evacuated from the besieged rebel-held enclave of Eastern Ghouta in Syria, the United Nations has said. The UN's Humanitarian Coordinator for Syria tells us that a situation in the Damascus suburb "belongs in the Middle Ages".
