
Zimbabwe Army: Mugabe to Meet Rival
President Robert Mugabe is reportedly in contact with former vice-president Emmerson Mnangagwa.
Zimbabwe's top general says President Robert Mugabe is in contact with the former vice-president Emmerson Mnangagwa whose sacking prompted the current political crisis. The eldest daughter of Mr Mnangagwa tells Newshour her father, who has been described as Mr Mugabe's enforcer and accused of human rights violations, feared for his life after his sacking.
