Stephen Hawking Dies Aged 76
Hawking was the first to set out a theory of cosmology as a union of relativity and quantum mechanics.
The British theoretical physicist, Stephen Hawking, has died aged seventy-six; a UK government deadline for Russia to explain how a nerve agent was used to attack a former double-agent has passed; and Sierra Leone's opposition leader, Julius Maada Bio, has narrowly won the first round of the presidential election.
