Health authorities in Nigeria say they're facing an unprecedented outbreak of Lassa fever. It's a serious viral disease. Initial symptoms resemble a fever but if untreated can go on to include bleeding, shock and seizures.

The European Union is worried about President Trump's plans to impose tariffs on all the steel and aluminium imported into the United States. But, the White House says it's the only way they can re-energise the steel industry and bring back jobs that disappeared in the last few years.

Anti-terror police in Britain are working to establish the origin of a nerve agent which was used to try to murder a former Russian spy and his daughter. The police have identified but not named the substance.
