Miners in South Africa Rescued

Hundreds were trapped since Wednesday following a power cut.

A storm cut the power supply at a gold mine in South Africa on Wednesday but overnight the nearly thousand miners who were trapped have been freed.

We're live in Nairobi at a school where one in seven children has cerebral palsy, as an international conference opens in Senegal to find ways to fund education in developing countries, and also ensure children with disabilities are not left behind.

And we'll speak to the first team from Africa to take part in the bobsled competition at the Winter Olympics.
