US Senate Approves Tax Reform Bill

A radical overhaul of the US tax system is given the green light by the Senate.

The tax bill may get signed today by President Trump. Republicans argue the tax cuts for corporations, small businesses and individuals will bolster economic growth. Critics say the package is a giveaway to the super-rich which will bloat the country's already huge deficit.
