'Terror Attack' Kills Eight in New York
A driver in New York has deliberately run down cyclists and pedestrians.
A driver in New York has deliberately run down and killed at least eight people in what officials say was an act of terrorism. The attacker has been identified as a 29-year-old immigrant from Uzbekistan. Five of those killed were from Argentina.
