Nate Makes Landfall in Louisiana

Hurricane Nate has made landfall on the Gulf Coast of the United States; Catalans in favour of staying part of Spain prepare to take to the streets of Barcelona; an explosion at a fuel station in the Ghanaian capital, Accra, has killed a number of people.
