Donald Trump has raised his rhetoric on Venezuela, telling reporters that he has not ruled out a "military option" in dealing with the continuing crisis in the country. Venezuela's defence minister, Vladimir Padrino has responded describing Mr Trumps comment as an "act of craziness" and "supreme extremism."
