Hurricane Nate Makes Landfall in US

Hurricane Nate reaches the mouth of the Mississippi River in Louisiana. The storm is expected to bring torrential rain, flooding and winds of around 150 kilometres an hour. Also, southern states in Brazil vote on whether or not they should form a new country, and Paris celebrates the Nuit Blanche.
