Reaction to British PM's Brexit Speech

EU leaders welcome Mrs May's proposal for a transition period, but call for more details. The EU's chief Brexit Negotiator said progress was unlikely to be made in the talks, which are due to resume on Monday, until more clarity was provided. Also, the final campaign rallies before Germany's general election, plans in the US to replace Obamacare look destined to fail once again and 'super-malaria' spreads through south-east Asia.
