Frantic search at quake-hit Mexico school

At least 21 children have died at a primary school which has collapsed in Mexico City. The 7.1 magnitude earthquake on Tuesday killed at least 230 people, desperate searches for survivors under the rubble are continuing. Also: Puerto Rico is without power after Hurricane Maria, and Facebook adds more human reviewers to help prevent anti-Semitism.
