U.N: Myanmar Violence a 'Textbook' Example of Ethnic Cleansing

The UN condemns Myanmar for conducting a "cruel military operation" against Rohingya Muslims. More than 300,000 Rohingya Muslims have fled to Bangladesh since violence erupted in Rakhine State late last month. Also, Hurricane Irma is continuing to batter Florida,, and free secondary education begins in Ghana.
