Hurricane Irma Causes Widespread Destruction

Hurricane Irma has caused widespread destruction across the Caribbean, reducing buildings to rubble and leaving at least 10 people dead. Officials warn that Saint Martin is almost destroyed, and the death toll is likely to rise. Also, Syria's army says Israel has targeted one of its positions in north west Syria and China has said it will support United Nations measures against North Korea after Pyongyang's latest nuclear test on Sunday.
