Strong International Condemnation of North Korea Test

China urges Pyongyang to stop nuclear tests which Russia have called a serious threat to peace and security. Authorities in Frankfurt carry out Germany's biggest evacuation since the Second World War because of an unexploded bomb, and the Islamist militant group Al Shabaab attack an army base in Somalia.
