Reaction to North Korean Missile Test

The world reacts after North Korea tests a missile which flew over Japan. It passed over the island of Hokkaido and landed in the Pacific around a thousand kilometres to the east. Also, catastrophic floods in Texas are due to get worse as more torrential rain is forecast, the FARC rebel group in Colombia is forming a political party, and the issue of 'whitewashing' in Hollywood.
