Ten US Sailors Missing after Warship Collides with Tanker

Ten American sailors are missing following a collision between a US warship and an oil tanker off Singapore - the second incident of its kind in two months. South Korea and the United States are beginning their annual joint military exercises, in a highly-charged atmosphere on the Korean peninsula. The Venezuelan president is reported to have ordered the country's famous national youth orchestra to cancel a US tour, after he was criticised by its conductor, Gustavo Dudamel.
