60 Children Die in Indian Hospital

It's claimed the oxygen supply at the Uttar Pradesh hospital was cut over unpaid bills. The hospital says the supply was disrupted, but this did not cause the deaths. Local media say relatives and staff used manual breathing bags in a desperate bid to save the children.
