Saudi to Lift Driving Ban on Women

Saudi Arabia's King Salman has issued a decree allowing women to drive for the first time. Rights groups have campaigned for years to allow women in Saudi Arabia to drive, and some women have been imprisoned for defying the rule. Also, the President of France has set out his vision for the EU, and a corruption scandal in college basketball emerges in the US.
