Debate Over Young Immigrants Scheme

Hundreds of thousands of young immigrants in the US face an uncertain future. No new applications for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals programme will be acted on after Tuesday, existing recipients will not be affected for at least six months. Also, Syrian government forces break a two-year IS siege and an investigation into possible corruption in the awarding of the 2016 summer Olympic Games escalates.
