US Accuses North Korea of Begging for War - but China Calls for More Talks

US envoy to the UN: "Time has come to exhaust all diplomatic means before it's too late". The US will circulate a draft resolution on North Korea, for a vote next Monday.
Also, a Colombian rebel group agrees a ceasefire with the government, and a body is found after a Belgian pilot's unexplained fall during an air show.
