US Prepares for Life-Threatening Flooding

Up to a metre of rain is forecast during first storm of the US hurricane season. As Hurricane Harvey is downgraded to a tropical storm, authorities prepare for possible chemical and crude oil spills from third largest petrochemical port in the US. Also, Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar are fired upon by government forces as they flee after clashes and thousands march in Barcelona to show unity following attacks which killed fifteen people.
