Tillerson Ups Pressure on Pakistan

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson says Pakistan must 'adopt a different approach' with Afghanistan over its failure to curb the Taliban in Afghanistan. He says Pakistan can play an important role in bringing the militants to the negotiating table. Also, evidence that the terror cell behind the Barcelona attacks 'planned to hit key sites'.
