Catalonia Independence: Spanish PM Dissolves Catalan Parliament

The Spanish prime minister Mariano Rajoy has announced his response to Catalonia's declaration of independence. He has sacked the Catalan separatist leader Carles Puigdemont and his cabinet and dissolved the Catalan parliament.
