Violence Mars Kenya Election Rerun

Kenya's presidential election re-run has been marred by isolated clashes.

As votes are being counted in Kenya's rerun presidential election despite polling being suspended in parts of the country, the chairman of Kenya's Election Observation Group says the entire voting process is in disrepute.
