The Catalan leader Carles Puidgemont has condemned Madrid's decision to sack the Catalan government as an "authoritarian coup". The Spanish Prime Minister wants to suspend the Catalan parliament and hold fresh elections in the region to stop it from breaking away from Spain. Also in the programme: The World Health Organisation has drawn heavy criticism by appointing the Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe as a goodwill ambassador; and 54 years after John F Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, President Trump says he will release the remaining classified JFK files.
