Iraqi Army in Major Kirkuk Offensive

The Iraqi army says it has seized key installations in Kirkuk from Kurdish forces.

The Iraqi army says it has taken over Kirkuk airport and military base during a major operation to seize control of the city from Kurdish forces. There has been artillery and gunfire in some areas as pro-government troops have moved in to secure key roads and oil and gas installations. We get the latest from there.
