Spain's King Condemns Catalonia Independence Vote

King Felipe VI has spoken out in a rare televised address to Spain to criticise Sunday's independence referendum. Meanwhile hundreds of thousands of people have taken to the streets of the Catalonia capital, Barcelona, to show their anger at the use of violence against voters.
