North Korea has fired a missile over northern Japan, the South Korean and Japanese governments say. The missile flew over Japan's Hokkaido island before landing in the Pacific Ocean.
Amnesty International says it has evidence of security forces in Myanmar of burning dozens of villages that were home to Rohingya Muslims. We hear from there observers who have just returned from the border region.
