Irma Leaves Most of Florida Without Power

The governor of Florida has been giving details of the relief operation underway in the US state after its battering by Hurricane Irma. Rick Scott said the immediate priorities were assisting hospitals and saving lives. More than two-thirds of the state had lost power and Mr Scott said it would take weeks before electricity was fully restored.
