North Korea Missile: UN Security Council To Meet on Tuesday
In the recent wave of North Korean tests, no missile has flown over land until now.
Japan and the United States have called for the UN Security Council to meet later today after North Korea fired a missile that flew over Japan.
President Trump has promised swift action to provide government help for the states affected by Tropical Storm Harvey.
The UN children's fund, UNICEF, says more than 180 million people do not have access to basic drinking water in countries which are currently affected by conflict or instability.
