On track with Nitro

Former double Commonwealth Games gold medalist and Olympic sprinter Harry Aikines-Aryeetey takes us on a journey from childhood watching his parents, who retrained on arrival in the UK from Ghana, work hard to give him and his sisters an opportunity to representing GB at the Olympics.

Harry tells us about his career and the lessons he has learned transitioning from a career in athletics to the world of TV as Gladiator Nitro as as well as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing.
