New Lebanese PM: IMF talks a priority

Will it be third time lucky for billionaire businessman, Najib Mikati, who once again becomes Lebanon's prime minister? He certainly has a mountain to climb to arrest a further collapse. More than three-quarters of the population has fallen into poverty, the currency has fallen by more than 90%, the banking system is paralysed, food prices have jumped by nearly 600%, fuel shortages have crippled normal life, vital medicines have run out while most of Lebanon's best qualified have left the country. He's been speaking to Newshour's Julian Marshall.
