Matteo Renzi on why he brought down Italy's government
Italy is struggling under the weight of a political crisis as well as the coronavirus pandemic and the economic downturn that's caused.
Last month, the governing coalition led by Giuseppe Conte collapsed after a small party led by the former prime minister Matteo Renzi withdrew its support.
BBC Newshour's James Menendez asked him why he pulled the plug on the Conte administration.
