Philippines lockdown: "It's scary to go out of the house right now"

Tens of millions of people in Metro Manila and four surrounding areas of the Philippines are back under Covid-19 restrictions for at least two weeks.

University teaching assistant JC Punongbayan told us how it feels for lockdown to return.
