As a senior paramedic in New York City, Anthony Almojera is used to being close to death. But nothing in his 17-year career could have prepared him for the outbreak of coronavirus. He describes the daily pressures and how his protective face mask and distancing has made treating his patients so much more difficult. The "As a paramedic you have hope, but that is draining right now."
