Cecil Wright: Calling Time on a 60 year career
After 60 years in the game, Cecil Wright will retire. He'll be turning out for the village of Uppermill here in England hoping for one last demon spell of bowling. His career wicket tally has already passed 7000
Born in Jamaica, Cecil moved to England in the 1950s and played semi-professionally in the Lancashire League alongside some of the greats of the game including Gary Sobers and Viv Richards. Well this week, Shari went to Cecil's home - to wish him a happy retirement and hear his memories of 60 years at the crease and hear how he would get Australian star Steve Smith out.
