I saved my patients by negotiating with a warlord

Deqo Mohamed is a Somali doctor and runs a 400-bed hospital in a refugee camp mainly made up of women and children. She describes how one day she had to negotiate carefully with a warlord to save her patients from being caught in the crossfire.
