Zuma Charged with Corruption

South Africa's former president, Jacob Zuma, has been charged with corruption, just weeks after being ousted from power. Parts of eastern Ghouta have again come under bombardment from Syrian government forces, and Seoul says Japan is now willing to engage in talks with North Korea.
