Harvey Weinstein accuser: 'I hope this is going to change the culture'

Journalist Lauren Sivan was one of the first women to publicly accuse Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment. Lauren, who also supports the Take Back the Workplace campaign, which aims to stamp out sexual harassment at work, spoke BBC OS's Nuala McGovern about the anger women feel in Hollywood and her hopes this will bring about a cultural change.
