How Caesar reformed the Calendar

Julius Caesar is known as a general and politician who transformed the late Roman Republic. Amongst his wide-ranging reforms was the transformation of the calendar. Classicist Matthew Nicholls tells Bridget Kendall how Caesar shaped the way in which we mark the months to this day.
