Venezuela's crisis: What is to blame?
Venezuela’s President Maduro has inaugurated a new Constituent Assembly which he says is needed to bring peace after months of crisis. The opposition has boycotted the new body, saying it is a way for the president to cling to power. Héctor Rodríguez is a member of the ruling United Socialist Party (PSUV). He says the new Assembly is designed to bring about national unity - and blames global forces for Venezuela's crisis.
