US says N Korea has Nuclear Warheads

Intelligence officials quoted in the US media say the warheads are small enough to fit on ballistic missiles. If confirmed, this would mean Pyongyang is developing nuclear weapons, capable of striking America, at a much faster rate than expected. South Korea's official news agency says North Korea has announced it's now considering missile strikes near US strategic military installations in Guam in the Western Pacific.
