EU Court says Austria can Deport Asylum Seekers
The court ruling means migrants must apply for asylum in the first EU state they reach.
The European Court of Justice's ruling was brought by Austria and Slovenia, and could affect the future of several hundred people who arrived during the migrant crisis of 2015.
Also in the programme: new diesel and petrol vehicles to be banned from 2040 in the UK, and we hear from women who have fled Raqqa and are now being held by Kurdish forces on the outskirts of the city.
