Will White House Support New Russia Sanctions?
There have been differing messages from the White House over the new legislation.
The bill allowing fresh sanctions against Russia needs to be signed by President Trump. The White House communications director says he was yet to decide whether to sign it, while the press secretary says the White House supports the legislation.
There has been a shooting incident close to the Israeli embassy in the Jordanian capital, Amman, in which local police say two Jordanian men were killed and two others injured - one of them an Israeli.
