Turkey's President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, is beginning a two-day visit to the Gulf to try to resolve the dispute between Qatar and its neighbours. Also, the US Congress has reached a bi-partisan agreement to limit President Trump's ability to lift sanctions against Russia, and India play England in the final of the women's cricket World Cup at Lord's in London.
