Republican senators acknowledge they could not muster enough votes to repeal Obamacare.
President Trump's latest effort to approve new healthcare legislation has collapsed after Republican senators acknowledged that the party could not muster enough votes to approve his planned reforms. Mr Trump now says that Obamacare, his predecessor's healthcare system, should be allowed to fail before a replacement has been agreed. So what is the way ahead for efforts to repeal Obamacare?
