Thousands are expected to protest new laws on appointing judges
Protests are expected in Warsaw following the introduction of a new law giving Poland's government direct control over the body that nominates judges. Opposition figures say that this decision is a threat to the independence of the judiciary and could undermine democracy in Poland. We hear from one of the country's supreme court judges.
